Access and acceptable use

Visitors may read, link to and reference the public information for lawful purposes. The site may be used to understand CARM'INK's research, architecture, ventures and Forward Deployed AI framing. Visitors must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape private data or present the site as evidence of a relationship that is not stated.

Information, not a warranty

The site is a research, institutional and business-development presentation with evolving directions and links to external services. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial, security or operational advice, and no page guarantees a result, deployment, availability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.

Contact and engagement

A contact link, AI-assisted intake or conversation does not by itself create a customer relationship, partnership, confidentiality obligation, deployment commitment or acceptance of work. Scope, confidentiality, security, responsibilities and deliverables must be agreed through an appropriate human-reviewed process.

Intellectual property and marks

Original site content, design and code remain subject to the rights of the project owner. Third-party marks and editorial media remain subject to their respective rights and provenance records. Technology marks are identifiers of use or evaluation, not endorsements or partner badges. Do not remove attribution or reuse third-party materials outside their permitted terms.

External links and future contact integrations are operated by their respective providers. CARM'INK is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. The site may be changed, paused or withdrawn as the lab's identity and infrastructure evolve.
